We take great care to understand you and your business; what’s important to you, what you love and value. We’ll discuss how you want to communicate, the image and personality you want to present. And answer any questions you have.
We’ll also research your market, looking at similar organisations; ones you love, ones we can learn from, and also ones you might be competing with.
Once we have a clear understanding of the project. We’ll present a proposal to be agreed upon, chat about expectations and timeline, and we’ll book you in.

Project start dates vary depending on demand, but we’ll get you in as soon as possible. Once we’ve talked to you about your site we’ll be able to give you a clearer estimate of time.
Typically a standard package will take a couple weeks, Deluxe - up to 4 weeks, and for Custom sites approximately a day per page. But timings rely upon quick client feedback and provision of all necessary information.

All quotes include 2 rounds of revisions as standard. Any further changes or revisions beyond this point will be charged at an additional hourly rate of £50 per/hour. We will let you know if/when we get to this point.
Of course our hope is that you will absolutely love your website 1st time. But revisions are part of the process and we know that. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your new website before it goes live, and good communication and clear feedback is key to achieving that. So once the 1st draft is complete, we will create a Squarespace profile for you and invite you (and any key team members) to view the site and feed back to us any changes/tweaks you’d like us to make. If it’s possible to meet in person to do this we will do that too. And once we have your initial feedback, we’ll get to work on any changes and improvements so we can zero in on the final design, and then once again invite you to feedback for another round of refinement.

Yes we can. All our sites are built with basic UX & SEO principles in mind as standard. And Squarespace is great for that too.
But in particularly competitive markets you might need that little extra attention given to it. Absolutely. We can definitely help you with that. There is an additional charge for the E-Commerce set-up which depends on the amount of products you want to sell at the initial stage.

As part of AfterCare, we will go through your site once it is live to make sure everything is working and displaying correctly. If any links or pages are found to be broken we’ll fix it. Free of charge.
