Squarespace provides a first rate experience for your user, and tools that make it easy for you to manage and edit your site. If Squarespace can’t do it, we’ll inject some custom code and find a way.

Project start dates vary depending on demand, but we’ll get you in as soon as possible. Once we’ve talked to you about your site we’ll be able to give you a clearer estimate of time.
Typically a standard package will take a week, Deluxe - up to 3 weeks, and for Custom sites allow approximately a day per page.

All quotes include 2 rounds of revisions as standard. Any further changes or revisions beyond this point will be charged at an additional hourly rate of £50 per/hour. We will let you know if/when we get to this point.
Of course we hope that you will absolutely love your website 1st time. But revisions are part of the process and we know that. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your new website before it goes live, and good communication and clear feedback is key to achieving that. So once the 1st draft is complete, we will create a Squarespace profile for you and invite you (and any key team members) to view the site and feed back to us any changes/tweaks you’d like us to make. If it’s possible to meet in person to do this we will do that too. And once we have your initial feedback, we’ll get to work on any changes and improvements so we can zero in on the final design, and then once again invite you to feedback for another round of refinement.

AfterCare ensures your website is running smoothly the way you want it to.
As part of AfterCare, we will go through your site once it is live to make sure everything is working and displaying correctly. If any links or pages are found to be broken we’ll fix it. Free of charge.

If you refer someone to us and they very wisely use us to design a website for them. We’ll give you £100 credit towards future work. Whether it’s a website of your own, graphic design, branding, a new logo, ongoing website management or just some tweaks. We’ll thank you with £100 off your next bill.
